Bleeding
I had a c section and I bleed for about 3 weeks then the bleeding stop for a about a week and about two days ago it started back idk if it’s my period or postpartum bleeding but it’s really heavy to wear I’m concerned I’ve messed up three pair of underwear and I soaked through pads in 30 mins to an hour I’ve never had bleeding so heavy there are small clots and no cramps at all should I be concerned what should I do first time mom
