HELP PLEASE!!!

So I got my first depo shot in the past 2 years in August. I was due to get my next shot Oct 2-16th. I did not go back and get it. I spotted for a little over a week starting around Oct 5th. For the past week my nipples have been sore. Sore to the point a shirt is slightly irritating. About 3 days ago both breasts are now sore. I’ve taken 2 pregnancy tests a couple days apart and both were negative. Per the glow app I am now 6 days late for my period. I was previously on depo for 6 years. When I’m late for my shot I’ve always had a cycle shortly afterwards. I have baby danced a lot. Particularly during Glow’s estimated time frame for me to ovulate. I do know my pregnancy levels are slow to rise during the first few weeks. I had a miscarriage in December of last year.

I checked my cervix twice today. This morning it seemed low and hard and later this evening it was high and soft but there was more wetness this evening. It does seem closed though.

Normally when my cycle is due my left breasts is the only one that is sore and right now it’s both. We’ve tried previously to conceive this time we werent even thinking about it.

I’m starting to get a little worried. My last negative test was yesterday morning. When should I take another one if my period doesn’t start? Sore breasts have never been a symptom after my depo shot was stopped. Help ease my mind ladies. A positive pregnancy test would be nice ☺️
