BFP could it be?!

Good evening all,

So I was feeling pretty sad all day today. I’ve been trying to conceive with my husband for 9 months and wasn’t getting anywhere. Then my coworker told me she was pregnant after 2 months of trying. I was insanely jealous. So I was laying on the couch and decided to take one of my newly purchased tests. (My period is two days late and I was planning on testing Friday morning if nothing happened) as soon as I dipped it in my urine cup I regretted it. I didn’t want to be disappointed (last month I was 8 days late and wasn’t pregnant) it was a first response digital. I flipped the test over I was so mad at myself and got ready for bed. I went into the bathroom after 3 minutes to throw the test out and the word ‘yes’ was displayed in the window.

Have these tests been wrong before ? I’m going to test with another first response in the am when my urine is most potent. For now I’m attempting sleep which seems impossible at this point, wish me luck!!
