Okay so I recently found out that I’m 4 weeks pregnant and 3 days later I started bleeding. It started off as pink and ended up getting darker and my cramps came bad. I went to the hospital and said they didn’t see no sign of a miscarriage nor did they see a baby (too early). They gave me a pee test that came out negative and a blood test that came out positive but my hcg level is only 9 MIU. My dr said it could possibly be implantation bleeding. They gave my shot that I have to take because I’m RH- (rare blood) because they said I’m still pregnant. What do y’all think ? Did I miscarry or not ? I need answers I’m very scared
