Help! Itchy and cracking

Hey guys. I’m at my wits end. For over a week now I’ve noticed itching and a think peeling white discharge down there. It almost looks like tiny rolled up pieces of toilet paper. It’s thick but not slimy, more dry. It’s been getting worse lately and now my skin is actually cracking from the dryness and itching.

I am happily engaged and have had no other sexual partners. I was tested for stds in September. (Negative) And when I went to the gyno and was tested for a yeast or bacterial infection. All came back negative. At that point she told me to not use scented detergent, stop shaving ect. I have but no change. The only thing I can think of that could be causing this was that I got an iud about 20 days ago. I’m not sure but people have suggested that I could be allergic to one of the ingredients. Wouldn’t this have started immediately after insertion? I did not see symptoms until about 2 weeks afterwards. I am starting Monostat tomorrow but I can’t help but feel like that will be just treating the symptoms and not the cause. HELP! Has anyone else had this?
