In pain 🙁

So I went to the doctor the other day for some lower back pain I was having and they kind of blew it off saying it will go away... it hasn’t gone away and now I’m having stomach cramps bad and I just started bleeding when I shouldn’t be bleeding I take birth control every day and don’t stop at the end of the month as prescribed to stop my periods and this has never happened. Now I’m bleeding my stomach and back are hurting so bad. I can feel that something is wrong and I don’t know if I should wait it out or go back to the doctor. What do I do 😭
