Implantation bleeding? Picture TMI

So I've been on birth control for about two months now and I ended up getting a UTI a few weeks ago. They prescribed me with antibiotics for it and I don't know if it's a myth or not but I'm not sure if it interferes with my birthcontrol working or not but anyway, while I was on antibiotics me and my boyfriend end up having intercourse and the very next day I notice eggwhite discharge so I assume I'm ovulating or it was from the previous night... I'm due for my period right now but instead of getting it I had a little bright red blood then it turned into deep brown blood. Not enough for it to be a period but like spotting. Then I use the bathroom again and noticed this. It's been about 8-10 days since I've had intercourse. Could this be implantation bleeding? I've never had brown blood before..
