I’ve tried everything

No matter what I do, I can’t sleep at night.

I’ve woke up early, exercises, are healthy, tried sleeping pills, did yoga before trying to go to bed, limited my screen time, I’ve done it all. And I still can’t sleep at night. Once 6AM hits I cal fall asleep and sleep through the whole day. Sleeping during the day is easy for me. People say my sleep schedule is off but even when it’s right it’s really difficult to fall asleep and appropriate times.

Anyone else have this problem?
