What would you ladies do if you found this in your fiance's computer?

By the way we have 2 kids our daughter and recently have a baby boy

Update: I confronted him about it.

he recently bought a new computer tower.

He said those websites were old from when he was single, that the old files for the old one transferred to the new tower. But I know he is lying because before he had gotten that new tower I had looked at his computer and none of those pages ever showed up. And we have been together for 5 years.

Any one know about computers?

Is he telling the truth?
