Pregnancy advice- let’s help each other!!

If you think about it almost half of the world population has been, is or will be pregnant.

That’s a lot of women going through the same struggles, having the same worries and experiencing the same changes to embrace this new gift. How many of us are on this app because we look up questions??

I started a health blog a few years ago to help busy women stay on track at any stage. I started focusing a lot on pregnancy health obviously once my time came and I want to ask any of you for your best tips that you are willing to share with other women!

I post quick and easy recipes that benefit you, effective home fitness with little to no equipment (move of the day and 10-20 minute workouts), safe and natural skin and hair care plus more. Oh, and BODY POSITIVITY. We are all different and we are all going to be different than we were before.

For example I learned collagen is a huge help with stretch marks- it’s more about what is in your skin rather than on it. My friend said she wished she had known that so you can bet I’m going to blog about it! I also saw someone post in here about a banana at night to help with restlessness. My doctor said just take a cal-mag supplement because it does the same to help without adding extra sugar and carbs.
