Need advice, because all my doctor has done is make me feel dumb.

So February I had a miscarriage and I didn’t want birth control for a bit but I never got pregnant then in in July I decided I should get on birth control so I tried the depo shot I understood the cons. But now I’m having pain during sex, I bleed after sex a lot I mean a lot. I don’t think I’ve had my period because I only bleed if I have sex. I’m have sharp pains all over my pelvic area( to the point I have to stop what I’m doing or sit down). I’ve had two pregnancy test and they were negative but I’m nausea and I’m getting a Pap smear to rule out cancer but I just don’t want to go in today and they make me feel crazy or depressed.

Help me , please.
