Anyone else symptoms seem to come and go?

I'm so paranoid. This is my 1st pregnancy.

I keep checking my breasts to make sure they’re still sore! When I first wake up in the morning they are not as sore and it had me worried. Hopefully nobody’s noticed me just casually touching my boobs all day. 😂
I’ve had the tiniest bouts of super mild nausea... not sure if I’m just looking too hard. 
I know all pregnancies are different but I get this reassuring feeling from symptoms like this???

Same! I have weird spouts of nausea, mild cramps, tired but can make through my day just fine. No sore boobs. I’m 4w3d. How far along are you?

After 2 miscarriages I feel like I’m constantly hoping that I feel like crap because I know my baby is still growing!

Same! I have nausea everyday last week. Now, im hungry and feeling really tired!!!! Im 5weeks +2

Yes, my only really symptom has been sore breast and sometimes they feel completely normal!
