Acne medication during Pregnancy

hi everyone! new to Glow here and love this community and support group of what ive seen so far. Ive been on birth control for the past 3.5 years after finally finding one i like. I was previously on accutane (very potent last resort acne medication) which is what started me on birth control in the first place. I feel like the birth control has helped my skin tremendously but plan to get pregnant sometime in 2019. i am scared and have fear around accutane may not fully being successful and when i stop the birth control pills, theres a possibility of me breaking out. for those of you who have had acne during it, what acne medications are permitted during ur pregnancy?? or did you just have to deal with the blemishes? any help would be largely and greatly appreciated :) thanks in advanced!
