Miscarriage...? TMI

My periods are usually pretty mild.. this month it was 10 days late and it has been consistent cramping since it started. I usally only get cramps on the first day.

Well i went to the bathroom at work and i dont even know how this happened because I have a tampon in but i wiped and this giant mass of clumpy blood came with it.

Ive been having unprotected, no withdrawal sex with my boyfriend for a year and we’ve never had a pregnancy scare.

I just wonder if im having a miscarriage or if im just overreacting about it...
