I’m always afraid I lost my baby and don’t know it. Is that just me?

I’m 10W and I’m always scared the baby is lost somehow. I’m not bleeding but I think, what if they’re heart stopped or etc. is that normal??

I'm 30 weeks and in the last couple weeks my girl has slowed down but is still moving enough to not warrant a non-stress test. It's hard not to worry especially after having miscarried and there being a history of fertility issues on both sides of my family. Here's something someone shared with me I saved to my phone. Its a bit long so sorry, but it has helped me. Carving time our to journal and do mindfulness exercises also has helped a lot.
You are pregnant until proven otherwise.
That was my mantra all through my first pregnancy.
Unfortunately you're entering a gig where there will always be something to be anxious about.
You'll be worried about miscarriage.
Then you'll be worried about birth defects.
Then you'll be worried about decreased movement.
Oh, and you'll be scared before every appointment that there won't be a heartbeat - even if you just felt kicks that morning.
Then you'll be worried about delivery and possible complications.
Then that sweet little baby will get here and you'll stare at it all night long, making sure it keeps breathing.
You'll be worried about SIDS.
You'll be worried about hearing your baby cry when it gets vaccines.
You'll be worried about them starting to crawl or cruise along furniture. You'll be worried about them banging their head on a sharp corner. Or jamming keys into an electrical outlet. Or pulling something over on themselves. You might be tempted to get your kid a helmet.
You'll freak out the first time they sleep through the night and you wake up well rested at 9am, thinking you're going to go into their nursery and see a dead baby.
You'll be worried about them playing at the playground. Slow down! Look out! Hold on tight! Don't play that close to the slide, you're going to get kicked in the face!
You'll be worried about them playing with other kids.
You'll be worried when they start riding their bike or climbing trees.
You'll be worried about school.
You'll be worried when they hit puberty.
You'll be worried when they get their drivers license.
You'll be worried when they start dating someone you don't like.
You'll be worried when they move out.
You'll be worried when they get married.
**Welcome to parenthood. It's awesome. And terrifying. And sometimes, super super hard.**
And as soon as you feel like they're an adult and they've got this... maybe they'll have kids of their own and the cycle starts for them.
There will always be something to keep you up at night. We can't make that go away. All you can really do is try your hardest to do your part. Eat healthy foods, take your prenatals, drink a lot of water even though you may already have to pee 6 times an hour. Do what you can to help that baby grow. Go to your appointments. Call your doctor if you get scared or something happens. And the rest is out of your hands, which is simultaneously a bit reassuring and super terrifying. 
Breathe. Make yourself busy with something. And do your best not to panic. It's hard, but you'll do just fine.

I'm scared of things like this still. And I'm 38 weeks! Its normal to be paranoid but try not to think too much!
