Vitamin C while taking the pill
I had a problem with my pee's pH and the doc told me to take vitamin C. I think had read somewhere that it decreases the effectiveness of the pills, but I'm not sure.
Should I take an extra method for precaution or am I overreacting?
It's just 500mg and there's 12 hours between the pill and the vitamin
