Any mommas from Australia?

Hubby and I are preparing to head to Cairns shortly. Can any of you mommas recommend some cool things to do for our baby moon?

Its a beautiful place. I live in Cairns 🌴 we've just had some rain so hopefully everything will be nice and green for you guys.

Palm cove is gorgeous And has some really nice restaurants.

I am on the sunshine coast in Queensland. However, I have been there so many times previously, there are so many things to do that cost money and lots that are free. You are coming at a good time when the weather is not hot. I would recommend having cash on you though as not everyone takes cards. Have a great time xx

The Yacht Club is great for a nice meal out, Passions do great reef tours to Green Island if you’re happy getting on a boat. I would recommend against scuba diving! If hubby chooses to, he needs to wait at LEAST 24hrs before flying to limit any complications with the bends / decompression sickness. 
You can also get to Port Douglas fairly easily if you’re happy driving on the left. 
It’s basically a big country town so expect a lovely slow pace but also able to get anything you need 😊 don’t forget travel insurance especially if you’re not an Australian resident and don’t have access to our healthcare. Have fun x

Thank you ladies! After over 24 hours of flights we made it and took a well needed nap. We are staying at the Pullman Reef and did some walking around last night. Hubby has scuba diving booked for him and a lunch cruise for us. I will be spending some time at the spa. He likes adventure I like to relax. I’m looking forward to everything that Cairns has to offer.
