Concerning discharge and also unprotected sex

More than a week ago my discharge started getting more spotting-like and I currently still have it. The last time I had sex was last Friday, and it was protected. The time I had unprotected sex was on October 24, and I am just pretty worried that something is wrong with me cause I never had spotting this long. I read online that it might be implantation bleeding. Could there be a possibility that I can be pregnant? I do take the pill everyday but I never really take them like at a specific time but usually morning to about noon. I never miss! Please help me know what’s going on cause I have been getting anxious about it and I just want to know if I am okay! I am supposed to get my period around this week also, so I hope that helps also!
