20 weeks? Just started cramping?

Hey guys!
I'm 20 weeks exactly and in the last hour I've started getting sharp fairly painful cramping low down on the right side of my pelvis that radiates through to my back. Anybody else experience this? I'm waiting on a nurse to call me back. I've had a pretty smooth and uneventful pregnancy...so something out of the norm is freaking me out a little :(

That's normal. I had that a lot around 15-20 weeks. Its mostly just your ligaments pulling and stretching to make room for baby. They call it round ligament pain. I was very worried when I would feel that because its my first pregnancy and don't know what to expect. But doctor says its normal. If you start having a weird discharge or slight spotting or bleeding then it becomes a problem.
