Hcg rising too quickly?

Hi all! I am pregnant again after 4 losses that all ended at 6.5 weeks. I had surgery in September to remove scar tissue that was along the entire top of my uterus and was not getting blood flow, i still think it was a broad septum. Anyone informed on hcg blood tests, mine seem to be doubling much more quickly then they should and I don’t want to worry but just seeing if anyone else dealt with this and had a good outcome. I’m 4 weeks 6 days today. Here are my hcg results
