TMI Pregnancy Vag changes

So i’ve already asked my OB and she has no idea what could be going on with the burning i’ve had but i looked at my vagina today and it looked off.

Basically since the week before i got the positive test sex has been almost unbearable with burning. Even just his fingers are too rough and leave me burning for an hour after.

I’m 30 weeks now and we have had sex maybe twice while i’ve been pregnant and it has been way too painful, leaving me crying.

Today i was just kind of looking around in the mirror hoping i could find some abnormality and it almost looks like my labia is bulging out. It feels like a tough muscle under my skin that i’ve never felt before on my outer labia right beside the actual opening. Its worse on one side than the other. I have no idea what to do or even to look up but i hate having this pain and not being able to be intimate with my boyfriend.

Anyone have any idea what this is or what i can do? Or even just let me know i’m not the only one? Thanks
