Preg symptoms?

Nausea at night for the past few nights, last night was nauseous that it was hard to sleep cuz thought I was going to puke, woke up with sore boobs and still sore, had mild cramping for about 2 days, and peeing a little more frequently, and had the craziest dream last night....what do y'all think?
