Neg Beta Hcg at 11 dpo, could i still be pregnant?

So I saw my OB Monday (11dpo) for a well woman and to get labs done. Just checking on things since we’ve been TTC for 6 months with no luck.

She called me today. Hormone levels were normal and showed that I did, in fact, ovulate. She also did a beta (quantative) HCG blood test and that was negative (1>). I also took a urine test last night and it was negative too.

My cycle is due today. I’m not bloated or cramping like normal. CM is still milky white cervix feels low but softer than it normally is before my cycle. No spotting, diarrhea or anything i normally experience during AF. My breasts are itchy and heavy and I’ve had some nausea.

Is it still possible to be pregnant or am i getting my hopes up? Has anyone ever had a neg blood test but still ended up pregnant later?
