Who’s watching siblings while giving birth?

So I’m stressing to the max about going to the hospital to have the baby because I have NO ONE to leave my two year old daughter with 😭 my mom lives 5 hrs away and in the beginning she told me that she would come stay with my daughter but just told me that she’s not going to watch my daughter for me but her and her new bf will come up to see my new baby. It pissed me off! I’m seriously thinking about cutting my mom out of my life. I do a lot for her. I send her meds every month and when she comes up for drs appointments I always have her for dinner to see the kids even tho her timing is a huge inconvenience! She lets me know last min she’s coming. Me and my fiancé fight about my mom a lot because he says she only dose things to benefit her but won’t help us out in anyway. What do you guys think about my mom situation and who are you leaving your other kids with? I don’t have any other family but my mom. I’m wondering if the hospital has some sort of protocol for people who have no other choice?
