I know it varies by insurance and state but approximately what did you guys pay for AMH and progesterone bloodwork?

Only ~$20 after insurance for me! I just recently had a fertility workup where several things were checked with bloodwork, including Progesterone + AMH, so I was really surprised it was so cheap.
