I used cornstarch and was amazing!! Clearednit up in a couple applications. If it is really bad, you could try it for a few days and see if it works!

My daughter has been suffering from diaper rashes since she was 2 months old . She’s 2now we have to change her as soon as she has a dirty diaper  what works for us is the cortisone 10 just a little bit on the redness not near her privates
