is it my period?

i had a micariage on the 18th of october, i was given medicine to start my miscariage, it didnt work i never bled, so eventually i did start bleeding on the 28th, but at my dr appoitment on the 30th they said i had blockage and had to do a d&c, so i had that done the same day.

After D&c i only bed a little not much bleeding just similar to a period for the first day and then super light bleeding the next and nothing the next day and then black bleeding the next few days and then a super heavy flow woth tons of clots, for a day and then the next day light spotting to no bleeding, then i stopped bleeding again completely, 3 days later is today and im bleeding again... its not clotty, im a littly crampy but its bright red and really light still.. could this be my period already or whats going on?
