Please anyone dealing with PCOS 🙏🏼

Ok so now I know why I’m always cramping very uncomfortable at all times. I was told to start on BC that it can help with the cysts, but how do you manage this pain cramping. I suddenly started gaining weight not understanding why but now I give my self an idea 😒. I’ve read that there is no cure for this and it can only be controlled. I’m in my early 30s and I have kids but I feel like it’s over ugh 😑😔. I’ve just read so much negative information about this.
