Before I was pregnant I would get discharge on my panties but a little bit....now that I'm pregnant my panties are dirty with a yellow discharge I'm talking about a lot what is it? Does anyone else have an idea

I had yellowish discharge for several months thinking it was normal and then my OB finally did a culture and I have a nasty yeast infection and some other infection but I don't remember what it's called. May want to have it checked just to be on the safe side.
