Pregnant with identical twins!!! In shock.
We have been TTC for 1 year. I am a week late w/ my period and took two home pregnancy tests first thing this morning...and they said negative. Well I happened to have a fertility appointment today as well. I told them what happened and after an ultrasound and blood work...not only am I pregnant, but I'm pregnant with identical twins!!! 6 weeks along and we conceived naturally.
Feeling grateful, blessed, scared, excited and anxious. Trying to fall alseep tonight and just can't. Please send good vibes and thoughts my way.
