Working out during pregnancy??
I am 14 weeks and want to start working out again. I stopped because since January I have been pregnant but with ectopics and this is my third pregnancy this year. So emotionally and physically it took its toll on me. Anyways I bled a little with this pregnancy at about 10 weeks but mainly after intimate times but I have no history of muscarriages. I keep being told not to workout because it's dangerous and I can miscarry but I'm not planning on doing anaerobics or jogging. Just walking briskly and some strength training. Anyone been working out or have worked out throughout their pregnancy and turned out ok? What are your thoughts?
