need a bit of help please

Hello ladies! I am a bit new to this app but I have some concerns about AF. She has not showed up yet! I am ten days due for AF. I am on cycle day 46 and normally my average cycle is 35 - 38 days. I have minimal symptoms of pregnancy. I have slightly increased appetite, I had only nipple soreness, my breasts look a bit fuller but no pain, last night I had lower abdominal soreness (not pain just soreness) and today I started having cramps but no period. In the past AF would come and then I would have cramps but today it has been cramps but no period. I am not nauseated except when in a car (never happens). So I am just feeling so confused. I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago and got a bfn. Just wondering what others think?
