How did your next pregnancy go? (Description)

Question

I had severe sudden onset preeclampsia (bp 220/115 and protein went from 280 to >6500 in less than 12 hours). I ended up delivering my son at 30+3. My pregnancy was fine until I hit 28 weeks and my bp started slowly rising.
I was wondering, if you had severe preeclampsia resulting in premature birth how did your next pregnancy go?
Bonus points if your bp turned into chronic hypertension after birth! Lol

My preeclampsia happened at 15/16 weeks (extremely rare) which stopped my babys growth at 21 weeks and tragically caused his stillbirth at 24+5.
I was told any pregnancy I have is uncertain and I'd be very lucky to make 28 weeks. I'm pregnant with my rainbow and mu BP did rise (150/110) and I was put straight onto Labetalol and nifedipine which has controlled my BP fantastically! I have LOADS of hospital appointments and scans (used to be 2x a week for BP checks and scans every two weeks, now I go every other day for monitoring)
My protein always fluctuates in pregnancy and so far I've made it to 34+6 which everyone is shocked at! I will be induced at 37 weeks due to my history and the risks. I know there's still a chance I could get preeclampsia as it could just come on but I have got further then any of the consultants thought and I'm taking that as a victory!
