Jus wondering....for those knowledgeable in medical insurance (California) if that matters

Once you go to a doctor & they do an exam, US, test etc. &

If I go to another doctors office will all that show up that I have already received an US, an exam, etc. services? Or can they see that I already went to a different doctor?

I had my first prenatal & I disliked the doctor so I booked a different appt with another doctor & I was curious if it’ll be a problem...?
