10w5 mucus plug?!?

I'm almost 11 weeks, doctor is already worried about my short cervix and today I've had some very thick slightly yellowed mucus when I wipe. My husband and I had sex last night, but I'm still concerned about losing my mucus plug, no real cramps today. Is there anything I can do to help regenerate my mucus plug?

My short cervix was found later and o was put on pelvic rest. I would mention it to your friend as uterine contractions from sex can aggravate the problem from my understanding. Sucks I know.
