Normal? Or go to L&D?

I lost my mucus plug 2 days ago, I didn’t feel any different except more pressure on my hips. Well today I’m having cramp like pain throughout my back that wraps around my stomach. They’re EXTREMELY painful but they’re not the 5.1.1 rule.. my back hurts & the pressure is horrible!!! Idk what to do... should go to L&D or is this normal? I’m supposed to be induced/my due date is November 14th 2 days away...

I would call and ask before heading in. 
If it’s not 5:1:1, they’ll most likely send you home 🙈 Sounds like your body is preparing for labor but not quite in active labor yet.

I would call and check. They may say they can’t tell you whether or not to come in but it wouldn’t hurt to try.
My water broke and I wasn’t sure/was in disbelief so I called. I didn’t have a single pain until on my way in. Everyone is different.

I would go in. Not every womens contractions follow the 5.1.1 rule.
