33 weeks pregnant and suddenly feeling sick

I've had a pretty easy pregnancy thankfully but was laying down with my husband and out of nowhere my lower stomach felt super tight and started to hurt(didn't move to cause it or anything) and then once it passed I've been super shakey, nauseous, and keep going back from feeling super hot to suddenly cold. Anyone else experience this? Should I be worried? Any advice would be nice due to being a ftm please
