Belly button piercing

I got my belly button pierced almost 4 months ago now but it is still red around the ring and still really hurts sometimes(not always) I don’t know if it’s infected or not and to me it doesn’t really look like the pictures that show up when I search infected belly button piercings. I really need help on how to get it to finish healing properly. (Sorry about the hair on my stomach)
