Extreme nipple/breast pain 20 minutes after feeding!!

Hello I’ve been struggling for the past 6 weeks with clogs. I had a clog in my left breast that lasted 1 day shy of 4 weeks. I worked as hard as I could to get that clog out— neglecting my right breast a bit.. that caused a giant golf ball clog in my right breast right behind my nipple from engorgement.. very painful! I had both clogs at the same time for a week, but still continued to breastfeed my 13 month old son without fail. It’s been about 3 weeks since the right one clogged & I have a ton of pain after feedings !! When I feed him on my right side, 20 minutes later I start getting pain that feels like 100 wasps stinging me over and over again! It’s so painful that I scream in pain. I do not have a fever or red streaks. When I feed him at night (every night - multiple times).. I lay awake for 1-2 hours after he eats on my right side just sobbing in pain. I do have a bleb on my breast which I have been popping every night- lactation consultant said to-.. and that is so swollen at this point, my nipple is in so much pain from that. The stinging pain inside my breast is ridiculous! I went to my OBGYN on Monday & he said to take ibuprofen to bring down the swelling & that should work in 24-48 hours if it was just pain from the clog.. well it has done little to no pain control. I don’t know what’s going on, the lactation consultant at my local hospital is stumped. Has anyone been through this?? I am DESPERATE!
