Try only doing 10 minutes, and work yourself up. My body can only tolerate 20-25 minutes, but I just started at ten, and worked myself up. I've been consistantly working out for 30 weeks now. On my bad days I can only exercise for 10 minutes tops.
Chronic illness and weight loss
My chronic illness has gotten so bad but I’m so miserable being this over weight. Exercising for one hour literally takes me three days to recover. 😭
