If your going by the app I would do every other day starting cd10 until cd20. I ovulated cd20 2mnts ago then cd13 and last month's cd14 so your ov day can change

The app is just an estimate. It’s best to have sex every other day starting shortly after your period ends. Then every day the few days of high fertility. But if you want to pin point it more exactly then use ovulation tests. When you get a positive you know that you will ovulate within 12-36 hours.
