L'Oréal rosy tone

Anyone know if L'Oréal rosy tone moisturizer is safe when pregnant? My skins been feeling dull- I've been anxiously awaiting my glow and still nothing at almost 20 weeks. I bought this today and then worried maybe it's not safe. Thoughts? Anyone use it?
