Hot tubbing?

Is there any point in pregnancy where its totally safe? 
I know they say "no" for the first trimester, what about the rest?
I don't want to risk anything, but man these cramps are killing and I'm craving our hot tub so bad! 😩

I believe it's bad any point in the pregnancy. By raising your body temp, it raises the babies body temp & that's bad for the baby.

I would just take a bath because the hot tob is probably too hot, and even if it's not you can't stay in there long bc it "cooks the baby" lol and you're at risk for infections and stuff so I would stay away from the hot tub.

You also have to watch for infections. Make sure the water is clean!

If the temperature is less than 100 degrees F it is okay. However you should only be in there 5-10 minutes. I have been in a hot tub in my first trimester and my baby is fine. The concern is overheating yourself. Still talk to your doctor though!

As long as the water isn't over 98-99°F, you should be just fine for enjoying one (in intervals) 😊

as long as the temperature isnt too hot and you don't overheat. i keep it at my normal body temp at max and ive found it super helpful for body pains. if you can get in easy without needed to adjust to the temperature is how ive been doing it. and if you want to play it extra safe then stay in for 10 mins max then get out for 5 (can keep your feet in).

Yeah, later in preganncy the baby depends on us to dump their excess heat (created by their high metabolism).
If you have a bath- hope you do, you can take one that is as hot as you feel comfortable with- you won't feel good in a hot hot bath. Try Epsom salts. They help with aches so much! I actually just got out of the tub :)
