I’m extremely stressed

Hi everyone, so my boyfriends job just changed his schedule for the next 90 days and he will be working 3pm-2am. I work 7am-4pm so I will literally only see him on the weekends when were both off. This is my first pregnancy and I’m already 2000 different emotions. They didn’t give us any time to prepare either. This all starts tomorrow. I have no idea what to do and I’m just sitting here pathetically at my desk crying over so many reasons. Sorry just had to tell someone so he doesn’t think I’m upset at him. What do I do here ladies? 😔
