9 week ultrasound. No baby
So I had an appointment Monday and found out I was 9 weeks pregnant. I had my ultrasound and they found the sac but no baby . The sac was measuring 9 weeks so it’s not because I’m earlier in my pregnancy than I thought. But my question is has anyone had this happen and it turn out to be good news ? I’m confused because there was no baby but where could the baby have went? I havent been bleeding at all .
