Stretch and Sweep! 😠😠😠

I just left my 37 week appt.. I'm dilated to 3. And my dr did a stretch and sweep.. i didn't know he was doing that.. i just googled the procedure. I'm really upset that he did that! He didn't even tell me he was.. 😭😭 Anyone have a stretch and sweep? How long until you went into labor? I'm 37 weeks 5 days!
