The past three months my period has been all out of whack on track because of coming off the pill. The app predicted my period today but once again all out of whack. I typically get INTENSE cramps when my period starts but I’m having No cramps. Pinching on the left side of my pelvis/uterus. I wiped today and when a pee and push the end of the pee scant blood in the toilet. The flow has not increased. What do we think ? I did noticed some brown later on in the day
