Personally if it was me, I would go to the ER just because it looks like bright red blood and i was always told to go straight to the ER if there was bright red blood. Or you can try to call the nurse line at your OB if they have one and ask a nurse. prayers momma ❤️

Definitely go to the Dr, have them check you out. 
Just to give you peace of mind- I had heavy red spotting at 8 weeks for no reason, and my little girl was fine!
