If I drink Kombucha can this help a yeast infection or potentially make it worse?

You need monistat or antibiotics to clear up a yeast infection.
Kumbacha and other fermented foods and drinks (yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi,etc.)  are good for maintain good/healthy bacteria in your system. My doctor just recommended to me last week to increase my intake of these as well as start a probiotic specifically for vaginal health since my good bacteria levels were quite low.
