IUDs and False Positives

I have been having such insane pregnancy symptoms for the past month. Hear me out though, I have an IUD and it's like damn near impossible to get pregnant... right? I'm waiting on my next period to come and it's a day late, so I'm not freaking out yet. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant with the IUD?
